There's a mountain in Maryland called Sugarloaf (may be 2 words) that was where the federal government re-located in a dead-tree novel. May have been Clancy. if not, somebody who writes similar stories.
i've done every search I can think of on the internet and cannot find the novel. Does anybody here remember the story and, if so, the name of the novel?
