Hi, finally ready to post Shadow and Light with all the edits and changes I should have made the first time around...now the formatting.
And so my question...
Guidelines state that multiple 'return' wont translate in HTML for scene separation.
So if I was to put '~_~_~_~_~_~' just as it is there, this would translate as scene separation?
Or does it have to extend the full line to the edge of the page?
NB. will be submitting using txt files
You could slip a simple HTML hr tag into the story and get a horizontal line across the page in the output.
Edit: I just saw the last line of your post. Not sure if an HTML tag inside a .txt file works; I'm used to submitting HTML.

To show a scene change and transition, use a horizontal rule in your text.
