Safari Browser oddity

rustyken 🚫

Not sure where to ask a question regarding Safari browser. For some reason it doesn't remember when I've downloaded a chapter. However, it does remember when I've read a story or a chapter. Is this a quirk? Or, do I need to tweak a setting?

The reason for the change is that the browser I've been using is becoming rather slow at screen updates. Even starting a fresh install doesn't solve it.

How are you downloading the chapter? by clicking the 'V' link next to it?

If yes, then there is nothing you can do. If a file doesn't exist in Safari's history (downloaded files don't), then it won't change the colour of the link.

I am clicking the 'V'. Thanks for the response.
