Reposting corrected text copied from SOL

Bondi Beach ๐Ÿšซ

I see typos in a chapter of the posted text on SOL. I want to correct them with little or no reformatting, e.g., as is required with text composed in Word, for example.

I'm not clear on what internal formatting is included when I copy text from the posted chapter directly into the "Paste My Text" box in the Submission Wizard and correct typos right in the box.

In other words, there's no intermediate copy and edit to Word, a text editor, or anything else. Just a straight copy and paste from the posted text to the box.

Will the result post correctly, or do I need to do some other editing or formatting to make it come out right?

It should post correctly.

It should post correctly.

Even, if for some unknown reason it didn't, you could simply edit it in something like Notepad (Windows). You don't need anything fancy for SOL.

BB,

If you also make a HTML version for use elsewhere, you should read the help guide I wrote so you can easily prepare a html file that does for both an web page and for SoL submissions.
