Sorry you didn't get any help. I've read several posts wishing you could finish them. The few good writers are busy with their own stories and the rest is just mostly AI generated garbage.

It never hurts to ask, but it's a big ask to ask people who have their own works to finish something that's not theirs.

There are voice-to-text apps that you can look into, your stories don't have to go unfinished.

Be patient.

Perhaps, it might be a couple of years, but someone might be willing to complete, at least some, of your stories.

As mentioned by others, perhaps there is now, or will be soon, a Technological answer to your difficulties.

Speech ๐Ÿ’ฌ ๐Ÿ—จ to text, and/or a version of "AI" that could complete Your Stories, in "Your Voice".

I have my own share of Health, and other life matters, that have disrupted my writing, and in particular Posting to SoL.

I continue to Write, even if mostly for myself, although Posting has been sporadic.

Among my other issues, my vision is failing too. For now, I am using a larger screen. I have to repeatedly correct more errors.

However, writing, even rewriting, gives me pleasure (and frustration)!

I fear going blind, or legally blind! Though I am not yet where I require Speech to text; I am trying to be aware of potential technological aides that I can afford.

Cheers!

I am using a larger screen.

The larger screen by itself doesn't help as much as a larger font size.

I increase the font size in Word and Excel by a lot. On a website, CMD with the plus sign (Mac) makes the font and images larger. Do it again, it's larger. Too large? The CMD minus sign makes it smaller. My font setting on SOL for reading stories is enormous. Love that feature.

For Windows users, it is the Ctrl+ and Ctrl- to enlarge and shrink the entire window's content.

...and Ctrl 0 to return to nominal. (that's zero, not letter)

Sure, I use larger font size to read SoL stories on my phone.

However, wehn I am writing, a larger screen allows me to have a smaller font size, so I can see more than one paragraph when I am writing. It also makes editing easier.

The OP seems to be able to read stuff on SoL, and the Forums. His issue was writing/editing. To do that it is better to be able to see more than a single sentence.

You are definitely correct that the ability to easily change fonts reading stories on SoL is very useful.

so I can see more than one paragraph when I am writing.

When I talk about a larger screen size I mean my external monitor attached to my laptop.
