Many stories were very interesting to me, but some are discontinued and I would really like to continue them. So, does anyone know what happened to him/her?

Alas, his last blog on SOL indicated he had health problems, and couldn't concentrate on writing. This was in 2009, so I am not too hopeful.
I agree with Sam. At least we have the stories he gave us to both enjoy and keep his memory alive. I know I am thankful I got to read his work.
I have been wondering the same thing. I really enjoyed the "Wagons Ho" series and always hoped there would be another story to it. Hopefully someone will come along and let us know how he is doing, even though it sounds like he wont be writing anymore.
No, just the webmaster. :-P
I'd rather know whether a favorite author is still capable of writing. Knowing he hasn't visited the site in three years gives a decent clue whether he'll ever return. Unlikely in Lazlong's case.

I agree CW. I would love to hear whether there was any hint of a favorite writer/storyteller returning. Thankfully when he can the Webmaster lets us know. In the meantime like I have said before, be thankful for what they have shared with us the readers. If nothing else one of their stories might inspire another generation of storytellers.
Lazlong is just one example of those who can and probably will inspire others.
Thanks to all for your replies (especially Lazeez Jiddan). I did read Lazlong's last blog, but people have been known to come back from illnesses like that. "Winning Numbers" will always be my favorite story, and he has written several other good ones that I am keeping in my Kindle cloud.
