Are you saying your daughter is the same type of person, cute and confident, as you were as a teenager, or that she likes the same kind of boy you liked when you were a teenager?
I'm not a mom, but I can say our daughters, who have long since stopped being teenagers, not only have their mother's best characteristics but their girl friends mostly do as well.
I am reading your "summer" and enjoying it very much and hoping you have written or will write more and share it.

I have no experience with raising daughters. I do have a very cute precocious granddaughter and I'm looking for something like a Xena Princess Warrior School for Krav Maga and Cage Fighting. I'll pay the tuition so long as she's an expert before she starts dating.
Not trying to be over protective or anything, just a little something so Grandaddy doesn't worry to much.
