There are a couple of other stories set in the same universe. While members of the mafia family are not the central character, they make more than cameo appearances.

I believe Argon has a story set in a different universe that
references a scene of the story mentioned in The Outsider's post.

I knew the first story (the one I posted the link to) had the Mafia family, but I wasn't sure about the others in his Philadelphia stories...

I bow to your better knowledge on the subject (and the fact that I have CRS these days)...

The mafia isn't as heavy in the second and third stories in the series.

The series is Philadelphia Stories.

Just to add:
His Clearwater and Philadelphia stories share the same Universe. Some of the main characters have a short appearance in the other series and events from one series are mentioned in the other series.
