Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I added an image to the docx file that I normally upload when I add a new chapter and. It looked fine in the docx but it didn't show up in the story. Are there specific steps, or another type of doc that I need to use? I see others have got it working although it doesn't seem common. Thanks in advance for any help on this!

You can't just submit a docx with an embedded image.
You have to submit the image as a separate file with a marker in the text for where the image goes.
