Today I added the ability to set the link to bookapy's book in the submission wizard.
So if you have a book on Bookapy and you start posting it on SOL, during the initial submission there is now a Bookapy URL entry above the story's title.
It's empty by default. You need to click 'Change' in its row to set the URL.
