The light fixture is too bright and the AC doesn't work.
It is noon. You are just regaining consciousness. You are laying on your back, naked, in an empty grain trailer currently parked near the centre of a 200 acre wheat field in Ohio.
That farmer's daughter has a twisted sense of humourโฆ

That sounds a lot better than the last time I was in the hospital. I went to the ER with a infection when it went septic and they told me I had to go to ICU but they needed to wait for a room to open. So for the next 2 1/2 days they kept me in I kid you not the supply room in the ER with people coming in at all hours so I couldn't sleep. Then after I told them if they didn't get me a room I would check myself out. SW they upgraded me to a utility room with a AC unit for the whole floor.

I think you need to re-read the thread title. It seems to have gone over your head.
I'll give you another hint. The big room with the blue ceiling has green carpeting. :)
It seems to have gone over your head.
Yes, it seems to have.
"The light fixture is too bright and the AC doesn't work."
That just reminded me of the hospital.

You're not alone. That struck me as a possibility too.
I was waiting for the cliche about looking down on his own body.

Metaphorically speaking: Outside on a hot, cloudless day.
Big room = vast open space (outside)
Blue ceiling = cloudless sky
Light fixture = sun
AC doesn't work = no cloud cover to keep it cool
Green carpeting = grass
But it must be something completely different. That's why I don't write metaphorically.
And if you see a toad wearing a hi-viz jacket and a tool belt, don't eat it. Toad's tools are poisonous.
