Is there a way to see how many people read a particular blog?
There's a "blog access count" on the stats page, but that's the total for all blogs.

Even if there was, it can't possibly be accurate.
The blog can be accessed as an individual entry or within the author blog page. Some blog entries fit entirely in the Stream page (no more button).

No. It's difficult to gather such stats accurately. Some blog entries are so short that nobody needs to click on them to read the whole thing on the home page; do I count a hit every time somebody views the home page?
Lots of reads come from accessing the author's blog page which lists a bunch of blogs in one shot, were they all read or just the top one?
Even the current stat is not a reliable measure.
etc...
