I just entered the 2020 Halloween contest. I submitted at 2:45AM October 29Th. Please someone tell me that I'm not too late. I know the submissions close on Oct 29, but does that mean 11:59PM on the 29th? I seem to remember I had this same problem last year.
I get paranoid over such things. I only decided on what to write three days ago, and have been typing like a maniac since then!
