I've finally implemented an easy way to vote for stories read without having to load the story and go to its end to select a vote.

This has been requested many many times over the years and it's useful for premier members especially those who download stories for later reading.

The Historical Access page now shows a voting menu next to each story. Changing the selection in this menu casts/updates your vote for the story.

Due to popular demand Story/Chapter paging is back.

I was surprised as I review my relatively new Premier membership, having access to 100 stories a day rather than 16 is not the most important part of the program.

I think the historical access page is, and now you have improved it even more, by showing me how I voted, or that I didn't vote. One effect of having 100 stories a day available is that I don't read all of the ones I access, and therefore there is no vote shown for a lot of the new ones I have tried and decided not to finish. Oddly enough there are not a lot of days I read more than 16 stories, or even start more than 16.

Yes, the bigger access allowance is the least important feature of the premier service (and it's easy to circumvent anyway). The library and the search features are the biggest, with countless smaller feature that make premier service so nice to have.

This is probably obvious, but how do you get to the Historical Access Page, besides the direct link?

On the home page click the number of stories you've accessed to get to the stories you've accessed. And click the 'History' button.

Oh wow, never saw this before. I've long since quit reading stories on the site, I just download the EPUB to OneDrive to have it available on my tablet, laptop, phone etc.

Always annoyed me that voting on stories was such a pain when I do it like that.

I agree, the story comment features were nicely implemented, and actually turned out better than any of us anticipated. Not only weren't they a form of abuse by trolls, but they often contain interesting insights by readers who don't traditionally contact authors directly. However, it's not something most readers need to read continuously.
