The series Hindsight 20/20 by SmokinDriver. A DoOver, the MC goes from comfortable middle class to stupid-rich, still keeping the friends he made in school. A fair bit of sex, often D/S, but not too excessive. This is the Chicken'n'waffles and trucking story if you've read it before.
