"Storm and Stone" by Lord Winter. A different twist on almost all the denizens of lore, although I don't remember any dragons.
Unfortunately incomplete, but worth the read as far as it goes. His name doesn't show up on the lost authors list, and his last blog post was in 2019, so I have hopes that he will finish the story.
