Are there any stories where the MC does good... No matter what. He doesn't care if he steps on feet. Bonus if there's a harem. Please and thank you. (I had so much trouble spelling thanks)

where the MC does good... No matter what. He doesn't care if he steps on feet.
Not caring if he steps on feet wouldn't make him chaotic good.
Chaotic good would be doing what he thinks is right, even if it's illegal (against the law).
A lawful good character could be unconcerned about stepping on feet if his/her goals are lawful and for the greater good.
In and of itself, stepping on someone's feet to achieve your goals is mostly a neutral act. It isn't good, evil, chaotic or lawful. A lot would depend on who's feet you are stepping on.
Actually, 'lawful' basically means following the rules above all else. As soon as a paladin starts justifying actions based on the ends justify the means, he usually becomes a base fighter, and on a quest to get his deity to take him back.
1. I never said anything about the character being a paladin.
2. "if his/her goals are lawful(within the rules) and for the greater good." What part of that did you not understand. There generally aren't rules against stepping on people's feet.
"stepping on someone's toes" isn't actually about feet.
And again, "the ends justify the means" (aka the GOALS are lawful and for the greater good, but the method to achieve them aren't) is vigilante territory. Vigilantes are chaotic/neutral good.
is vigilante territory.
That depends a great deal on who's toes you are stepping on, how you are stepping on them, and why you are stepping on them.
The phrase "stepping on someone's toes" covers a very broad range of things, some of those things are no where near either "the ends justify the means" and/or vigilante territory.

Teenage lower middle class kids with socialist leanings finds he's the hidden heir to a multi billion dollar trust fund and part of an huge extended family of very wealthy people.
He decides to become a charity funder and doesn't care if he has to bulldoze over the schemes and pretensions of the other billionaires in the family or the trust's lawyers. Brings his high school friends along for the ride. Some harem / swapping / poly elements.
Some harem / swapping / poly elements.
Those are very different, indeed diametrically opposed, concepts.
Harem is explicitly one man/multiple women. The other two are pretty much multiple men by definition. Very different kink, very different fanbase/target audience.
Jay Cantrell has several stories where the protagonist is willing to do whats right regardless of the consequences.

Unending Night & Unforgetable Weeks are teen romances and very sweet. The MC is a kid living in government poverty housing and working a dead end job while waiting to graduate school.
His romantic interest is the entitled daughter of billionaires.
To stick to his principles he:
Takes on three men on a country road to protect the girl he hadn't even met yet.
Gives the girls mother a loud and public evaluation of her failures as a human being.
Intervenes to prevent a gang rape and starts a gang war with himself as the first target.
Going much further would reveal too much plot. But its a great story with a happy ending.
The Outsider is a lot darker. Teen boy prevents gang rape, kills rapists, girl is disappeared by prosecuters and boy is jailed for life. Mother dies while he is in jail. Truth comes out. He gets out and becomes emancipated, a legal adult. Seeks a reckoning with all involved, he refuses to bend an iota to anyone trying to tell him how to live his life.
The Hillside is a western with a young gunfighter / serial murderer trying to redeem his life by doing good. This of course includees doing harm to anyone trying to do bad to those he cares for.
Lifeline is a detective / police procedural. MC is a public defender lawyer & former cop. His former stepdaughter is arrested for drug dealing. Its a set up and he takes a leave of absence to defend her. Delving into the case he finds massive corruption in the police department and his prosecutor wife may be involved. He may lose his wife and child, may get killed by the cops or by the drug dealers, but he continues to move foreward to get the girl freed.
There is more than one character in the book, which is quite long and ongoing. MC has his official girlfriend, his model sex slave, his concubine lawyer, his model demimondaine, his lover office manager and three exes for starters.
Then there are his close friend's couplings.
The extended family runs to threesomes, either two wives or two husbands. Rules vary depending upon the pairing or trio.
For those worried that they may be squicked, bondage, swapping and poly are hard squicks for me, I prefer stories with minimal sex and lots of plot. The Billionaire Life has all three squicks, but there is continuous plot and character development and the sex scenes are commercial romance level, less insert tab A into slot B and more heaving bosoms and fingernails dragged across skin. So instead of dropping it due to my personal squicks Iam still looking forward to each new chapter.

He's a badass lawyer and the most powerful warlock in town with demons under his thumb.
For some reason he always ends up on the side of good, for various values of 'good'. If that means trampling over the local wizards council, archdemons, archangels, vampires and dragons, so be it. Incomplete, Ahaz is still posting, hopefully one day he'll finish this one.
