Vampire/werewolf/ghost/goddess/amazon/superheroine... etc.
I don't know of any on this site.
Good Intentions by Elliott Kay on Amazon stars a young man who accidentally finds himself soul bound to both a powerful succubus and an angel. Great read with two sequels so far.
Oathbound by Rubicon_Cross on adult-fanfiction.org has Wonder Woman manicured into vowing to fulfill a young man's sexual fantasies. She discovers she doesn't hate her fate. Fairly short and not exactly what you're looking for, but I think it'll get there if the author ever updates again.
Fates Of Love by Bighead on tthfanfic.org is a Buffy/DC Comics crossover in which Wonder Woman and Xander get involved. Good read if you like both fandoms.

Manipulated. Not manicured. For crying out loud...

If kids can be groomed, why can't women be manicured?

Pedicured ;)
That would be pedocured...
pedi is Latin for foot.
Pedo is Greek for child.

Pedant is French for 'excessively concerned with minor details'. Perhaps you need to be pedacured :-)

Be warned that the first book is good but the sequels have swinging/cheating.
Op didn't say if swinging was ok or not so shouldn't be recommending novels that have it.

My first thought when I saw Good Intentions recommended was to warn about the open relationships in the book.
But sunkuwan is right really, if OP isn't saying that certain things should be excluded, there is no reason to point out all quirks they might not like.
*rolleyes*
He didn't say thousand different things, so should we recommend nothing?
And swinging and sharing aren't really one of the big issues here on this site. It's not like it is watersports or scat.
It is really, really ridiculous to imply the OP isn't okay with swinging with no facts at all.
This isn't a 50's romance section in a public library where old woman have to help you from straying from gods path from the unholy books that mention girls who have too short skirts.
most people who want a romance story don't want sharing of any kind and he didn't even ask for a harem which is something you took upon yourself to recommened.
To be fair, he didn't ask for a romance story either. I could see your point if he had, but asking for a story where a woman falls in love with a guy doesn't have to mean romance. To me atleast, romance as a genre is more specific, you know the dinner over living candles in Paris kind of feeling. Just saying "a story where a PN woman falls in love with an average guy" could be all kinds of stuff.
I didn't recommend anything here.
Rather, I am waiting what others recommend because the premise looks promising.
So I don't want any "censoring" out of the personal view and taste of a few posters who interpret their own taste into the view of the OP.
And I would question the statement that "most" don't want sharing of any kind in a romance story. But I can be educated and am open for any available facts and statistical data for this point of contention.
The OP's request is very open-ended. "Falling in love" doesn't mean a strict Romance novel. Romance novels and "falling in love" type of stories have massively different types of content.
Hell, most sold sex-stories are just labeled "Romance"
Yours and tippertop's "warnings" are just one of the thousand different things that could happen in a romance novel. Cheating, death, bondage, sharing, betrayal, bestiality, gay, lesbian, mind-control, slavery, tear-jerker, blackmail, rape, etc etc. happen in romance novels.
What you maybe want is a vanilla fluff-romance rated pg13, a specific sub-type with only happy vanilla sex.
I don't know of any more like Oathbound, I'm afraid. I wish I did. There are plenty of "Controlled Superheroine" stories out there, some of them good, but this is the only one I know of with such a gradual build up and fuzzy willing/unwilling line.
Good Intentions features sharing. The protagonist is okay with one of his girlfriends sleeping around with other men. I feel that needs to be said.
It's cool that you feel strongly about it, but the Op didn't put any warnings up.
We can't just list everything that one of us doesn't like in a story that is recommended. This can get ridiculous very fast.

amazon
GL finding that, i have been looking forever for a straight normal guy x real amazon romance story from the male pov but it doesn't exist. Yes yes i know there are a few stories with amazon love interest but those are generally harem novels.
Some real recs would be, My Little Ventrue either here or over on lite by NovusAnimus or Tarrin Kael over on words of fel, tho in the both cases the mc only starts out as a human.
I'd recommend A Halloween Redemption by Starcrawler.

It's sequel is unfortunately incomplete and inactive, but I still think it's worth reading.
You could make the case that Stormghost's 'Halloween Homecoming' fits the request, though it doesn't feel like quite what the OP was thinking of.

Actually the sequel 'All Saints Day' is where the paranormal comes in.
Hey the OP asked for story recommendations on a site where at least 75% of the stories have sex to some degree. Let him decide what he likes and dislikes.
My story, My Former Succubus and its sequel might fit the bill. I'm digging through my old stories archive to see if there is enough of the unpublished parts of this story to turn it into a trilogy. I'm leaning toward trying, but the continuing health and other issues mean that it probably won't be done any time soon. Here's the link:
