I'm in the mood for a m/f/m love triangle story that ends up in threeway. Bonus points for teens, female narrator, bisexual scenes, double penetration and "happy ending" (as in stable threeway relationship)

Try the "Anita Blake Vampire Hunter" series.
It has basically all of it (except teens).
