I just finished a story that I highly recommend. It's SciFi and I don't like or read SciFi. So I simply skimmed the technical SciFi stuff and was still able to enjoy it. It's listed as "Some Sex," but it's "Minimal Sex" (at the most). So don't let the "mind control" and "some sex" misguide you. It's not that kind of story.
I've been known to write thrillers and this story kept me turning pages. It was an easy 10 for me and I even added it to #1 on my Favorite Stories list.
It could use an editor. Sentences are missing words throughout. He used "started" when he meant "stared" too many times. Stuff like that. But it's well written. Most readers probably won't even notice it.
