Mind explaining about those a bit? I can't think of anything in Variation on a theme that counts as "being in a different body makes them sexualy uninhibited", and you'd need to stretch the definition to call anything in it a "Body Swap". It's a DoOver story and while there is plenty of sex in the over 3 million word series, it's much more of a slow burn with teenagers being teenagers than people becoming sexually uninhibited because of some magical change.

Well I think we're splitting hairs there... if you read through the story there is iceberg Steve and then the new and improved who is much more adventurous. So I felt it met the category of body swap even if it's a 'do over'

So this is getting to be spoilers for variations of a theme series but, "iceberg steve" is very much not the character's previous life and more than "asshole steve" was. Those are AU versions of the character.
In his previous life he was inhibited, by social structures and an abusive relationship, not because he was sexually inhibited.

PS: I just noticed that "Once More With Feelings" was already listed.

But how is Greenies relevant? Technically he's in the same body. And the sexually uninhibited part is just the culture on Mars.
