I'm looking for stories featuring a stable, closed triad/throuple or quad/foursome. I just read a few stories in a row where, having formed a romantic group, a triad/quad decides that if one partner isn't a limit, two or three partners isn't either and open themselves out to full polyamory — which wasn't what I wanted to read. Not that I've anything against polyamory stories, but right now I'm in the mood for explorations of a small group dynamic.
The group partnership could be an equally balanced triad or quad, a primary couple with a steady girl/boyfriend, two couples who swap exclusively, and so on. There are a lot of potential configurations. MM and FF sex is fine.
Stories on SOL that fit that I can remember include "Protective Coloration," "Mornings on Horseback," "Not This Time," "Blizzard," "Hyperactive Alex," "Lexi Redux," and "Living Two Lives." (No, "Opus One" doesn't count, it opens up.) What else is there?
