Removing A Review

Jim S ๐Ÿšซ

Does anyone know of a way to remove a review once it is accepted? I mean remove it completely, like it was never there.

@Jim S

Ask Lazeez. He's pretty good about removing things which the author is no longer happy with.

I can understand a reviewer asking for a review to be removed, or allow it to be replaced with a re-written review, if the Author addresses the concerns/issues they raised in the original review.

But allowing an Author to have reviews removed at request? A review so factually wrong as to make that acceptable would see the reviewer having their reviewer status revoked IMHO.
Otherwise I can see a lot of reviews that are unflattering, but accurate & factual, being removed because the author just doesn't like them.

Sorry, my fault for the ambiguity. I meant the author of the review, not the author of the work being reviewed. I should have said reviewer :(

Lazeez is very fair. If you spell out why you think the original is date, or incorrect, I'm sure he'll allow you to replace it with a more up-to-date/factually correct one.

Personally, I can't understand why the original reviewer isn't allowed to edit it the same way an author can review his stories. Chances are, Lazeez probably just never considered it when he first added the code.

Now, what I'd REALLY like, is if my editors could go back and correct all the things they insisted I do which turned out to be incorrect! Luckily, I catch most of them, but there are still too many things I don't know myself.

Like authors, reviewers can repost reviews.
