The past couple of days I have noticed that, when a story has a couple of chapters added the same day, and has one or more Bookapy ads, those ads appear at the bottom of each of the new chapters.

No. The ad should only appear at the end of a serial.
Issue fixed.
I wonder if that explains why bookapy sales shot up yesterday, mostly on older titles.
It may have had an effect, but yesterday was saturday and saturdays are particularly active on Bookapy for some reason.
