If you mean Bookapy, it should only be visible if you had bought it before it was taken down to go to Amazon and you should get it from your bookshelf. If you mean SoL it may be a local problem as I just did it.
He may mean on Banadin's story list where it is only available in Zip or Kindle format.

Banadin's story page on SOL? I can see the full complement of download formats. Perhaps some are hidden since management changed the site default to prune the number of buttons.
