I clicked on the heading 'Reviews By Author' and entered 'zalezac' in the 'Contains' field. No matching reviews found.
By trial and error, I found I had to check the 'Name' box too. That produced three pages of reviews.
At the bottom of page 1, I clicked to go to page 2. The 'Name' box became unchecked, 'Contains' was truncated to 'zal' and six reviews of stories by 'zaliterr' were displayed.
That wasn't what I expected.

The 'contain' box is to have the page search for the string anywhere in the author name, otherwise it's 'starts with'.
If you leave it empty, you type lazlo and you find story reviews for Lazlo zalezac and lazlong.
I guess a better interface is needed. But it's not a bug.

Did you mean the 'Name' box rather than the 'Contains' box?
If I check 'Name' and enter 'zalezac' in 'Contains', it appears there are three pages of reviews for stories by Lazlo Zalezac. But see what happens when you click on '2' to see the second page. That feels like a bug to me - surely it should remember that 'Name' has been checked and 'zalezac' was entered in 'Contains' rather than just 'zal'.

You're right. It's confusing. I flipped them.
There's still the problem that the parameters seem to get munged between pages 1 and 2, producing incorrect results.
