I think that requests for additional tags should have to be accompanied by a complete listing of all stories on the site, noting if the proposed tag is applicable or not.

That would make it virtually impossible to get a new tag added. It would be more reasonable to require a list of at least 25(50?) stories that would justify a new tag.
I have to wonder how many people would actual search for or refuse to read stories with those tags.

Which isn't to mention in certain circles where it relates to genderbending/transformations, m2f and f2m already has a meaning. (male to female and female to male, respectively)
And as for the specific ask in the case of this thread, as to the rimjob participants. I'd think existing codes for story pairings would be able to mostly handle that. mm/mf/ff/etc
I'm suspecting that the venn diagram for people looking for "rimjob" erotica would indicate that most of them don't care, unless it possibly gets into the male-male stuff.
