I created the library as a bookmarking tool in 2000 and it was very simple and didn't keep dates.
Then I fleshed it out in 2004 and added tracking of last accesses, but it was optional and not everybody turned it on.
In 2012, I introduced the green/grey dots and imported the data from the optional tracking. But until 2014, the green dots didn't keep dates either.
So for those who turned on the optional last access tracking, the last 500 stories accessed before the introduction of the green dots will have dates and anything after 2014 will have a date.
The 1969 date is a zero and that is the start of the Unix timestamp.
So some will have their history dated properly all the way back to 2004 and some won't see any dates before 2014.
