After reading the Historical access - for everyone losing stories I decided to check my history.
I noticed that there were a number of stories that were 'last accessed' on 12/31/1969, 6:00:01 PM. Some of the stories I checked appeared to have been posted in 2014 or 2015.

I don't get a time, just a date on the history page. and the 455 or so oldest records don't even have a date.

On the history page itself there is only the date. On the header of the more info page it gives the date and time.
1400 or so entries that don't have a date in my history page. I took a look at the 'more info' page of some of the stories without dates. Those stories indicated that I accessed them at above date and time.
I initially assumed that the records without a date were the oldest ones, but as mentioned some of those stories without a date were posted in 2014-2015 while the oldest date listed is 12/31/2006.
On the header of the more info page it gives the date and time.
That's not specific to the history list. You'll get that on the more info page from any of your My Library lists.

Actually, I went from the history page to the author page before going to the story's 'more info' page.

I probably should re-read them. I don't remember them at all.
The progression of the access records is a bit complicated.
I created the library as a bookmarking tool in 2000 and it was very simple and didn't keep dates.
Then I fleshed it out in 2004 and added tracking of last accesses, but it was optional and not everybody turned it on.
In 2012, I introduced the green/grey dots and imported the data from the optional tracking. But until 2014, the green dots didn't keep dates either.
So for those who turned on the optional last access tracking, the last 500 stories accessed before the introduction of the green dots will have dates and anything after 2014 will have a date.
The 1969 date is a zero and that is the start of the Unix timestamp.
So some will have their history dated properly all the way back to 2004 and some won't see any dates before 2014.
