I don't know if this is something on my end or Bookapy but I thought I'd put it here and see what I should do. I got this email from a reader today who was attempting to redownload a copy of my book he'd already bought.

Was this a problem with the web page to get the download or within the downloaded file?
Looking at the email it seems like it's the ePub. I'll reupload it and see if that corrects the issue

Switch, while that's a good site, and I use it, it doesn't always correctly identify what's wrong if something is wrong, and it doesn't fix it for you, while I can usually do both of those tasks.
I don't think I've seen that website before. That'll come in handy. It's probably quicker for me to get with Ern BUT if I can't for some reason, that's a good tool to have.
