Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

They're working for me at the moment, so try it again.
If you've still got issues, try clearing your browser's cache.
your login cookie is expired or corrupt. Log out, flush your cookies, and log in again. That always clears it for me when i see that message - also happens on FS and clears the same way.

Where did you click the link to the help page? Maybe there is a broken link as we moved the help page recently.
Clearing cookies after logging out did not help.
I click the "Help" link on the top right of the main page, then click any of the links and get the forbidden page.

I just did that and checked several of the links, and all worked for me. They're all straight forward href html links, nothing fancy at all. If it's not the cookies or something caught in the browser cache, the only other thing may be the browser itself, but that shouldn't be a problem like this.
