not sure what your ? means. i went to resubscribe to the premier service (30 days) and couldnt. nothing has changed since last month when i reupped my subscription or the month before that or the month before that , etc ,etc.

I would suggest using the Webmaster link at the top of the Home page and posting the exact error message you're getting.
Lazeez checks the forums regularly, but I suspect the website mail gets checked much more frequently.
A lot of the time it is your banks 'security' features call you bank and see if they restrict CC use in Canada. Mine started doing this with no notice. Have to call and have access to Canada turned on.

Are you using a credit card or a debit card?
Check the available credit or your checking account balance. Make sure there is enough available for the transaction.
Next, where are you located? One issue I have run into using my debit card on line (not with SOL) is that there is a rule that US issued debit cards can't be used outside of North America, Canada (SOL) and Mexico are fine, but a EU hosted site will get declined. I have bitched to my bank's customer service department about this, but they insist that the rule was mandated by the US Federal banking regulators and they can't do anything about it. Other countries might have similar rules.
If you are sure that the transaction isn't being denied for lack of funds or due to it being a foreign transaction, you need to call the customer service department at your bank and talk to them about it. It is the issuing bank and not the credit card company that makes the accept / decline decisions on individual transactions.

If the decline screen had typos (not just Uk / US spelling variations) I'd contact the bank and check on the latest transaction, then check to see if my computer is compromised with a trojan of some sort.
