Splitting a long chapter up

Dinsdale ๐Ÿšซ

As we know, chapters over - say 30KB - are split into two or more parts and that normally works pretty well.
Now we come to Chapter 2 of https://storiesonline.net/s/21729/magic-101 today,
Part 1 ends with: To the best of my kno Continues...
Part 2 starts: Continuation... wledge, Alicia had never addressed me directly outside of class, and we had only one class together last year. Even in class, the one time I remembered hearing her talk to me, it was to borrow a pencil.

Disconcerting to say the least.

From what I understood Lazeez said in a post some time ago is that he created a routine to avoid this but that it wasn't perfect. I rarely see it in stories posted since. The worst about this is that a paragraph section gets split over two pages which of course creates invalid html.

I saw that too... first time seeing that kind of thing, but it is a minor annoyance at worst, so I am not sweating it!

Hell, his delayed posting code is working so well, I am ready to forgive just about any minor bugs that pop up!

Whenever you see this you should send Lazeez a a message via the contact link with the information I copied as a bug report and he'll fix the way it's split and displayed. I'll do this one, but please report the next one you see to Lazeez so he can fix it.

Lazeez also monitors this forum, and I was rather expecting others to notice this as well so I posted this "publicly".

If you mention his name in a post he will certainly notice it ;)

Posting in

Forum: Bug Report and Feature Requests

should also do it.

A contact message with a selected option of Bug Report will get to him much faster and get a quicker response than a forum post. Yes he does check what's in the Bug Report forum and any forum post that mentions his name (I suspect he has an algorithm that scans for his name) but that's much lower down on his list of daily tasks than reading the Contact messages on reported bugs. About an hour after I sent him a Contact message with the same information I quoted in my earlier forum post he respond to me as having fixed the story mentioned above.
