I was wondering if it was possible to implement a sort function. When I go to a favorite authors page, and he has 193 stories, then I come back the next day and he has 194 stories, it would be nice to be able to rearrange his stories into newest first. Rather than going through every single page trying to remember if you have read each story, or checking the posted date of each story!

That exists now (at least for premium members). The column headings are clickable links. Click on the one you want to sort by. Clicking again on the column it's already sorted by will reverse the sort order.
If you click on "date" next to "description" it lists them in date order (newest first). If you click on "date" again, it reverses it to oldest first.
