That appears to be intentional per this post from Lazeez (from when ZBookStore was called bookapyx)

Bookapy is for stories rated no worse than PG-13 while Zbookstore is for stories with a higher rating.
Ok, one has a link to an Erotica category, the other doesn't.
I'd have thought the Erotica one would be linked to from just Storiesonline, and the link from SciFi Stories would have been to the non-erotica one as well.
