When I went to look at the forum entries, all of the entries appeared to be unread. After a few seconds, all the entries I had already read (grayed) appeared properly. I am assuming this is related to the blank page phenomenon so just wanted to report it.
The dots and the greying is done with a script.
If the page loaded quickly and the script took its sweet time to load, you see this delay in the final rendering of the page.
It's not a blank page issue (the script loaded). This happened occasionally even when no proxy and no other issues happened.
