An author added one of my stories to their favourite list (we all make mistakes) and wrote some nice words. Nice enough for me to at least say thanks. However, when I went to do so, there didn't seem to be any link or option to message, just a screen saying "send message to..." which didn't appear to do anything, nor provided a text box.
