Logging me out every day ???

Justin Case ๐Ÿšซ

Is there any way to fix my account back to where I do not have to log in every time ???
If I close my phone, but not the page, it still requires me to log back in.

You must be using a private tab on your phone to browse the site.

Private tabs' job is to delete any incriminating data on the phone, so your phone deletes the site's cookies every time you close it.

Use a normal tab in safari and you'll stay logged in.

There's a second thread on this - https://storiesonline.net/d/s6/t10638/constantly-being-logged
What "we" know so far:
- it only affects Apple users on mobile devices (including iPads)
- it started anything up to a month ago.

Moi? I use Android.

There's always something like "Firefox Browser iOS".

There must be any number of people using iOS devices here - including Lazeez - but only a few have said they have this problem. It may well be "user error" but it would certainly be an obscure one.

Including me. I haven't seen this problem, but it could easily be related to the changes Apple is making to improve device security. Or it could be a bug. If I could replicated it, I could use my developer account/tools to diagnose it, but it works OK for me.

It still uses the same WebKit engine, so it would depend on the root cause โ€” it might well be cross-browser.

I use iOS without the problem, but I'm using my MacBook Pro, not my iPhone. So the number of people that might be affected could be a small number.
