It would be nice to have an index to comments, just above the comments, click to open.
Like this:
[latest published chapter] [etc.]
...
Ch. 3 [link to first comment after this was published]
Ch. 2 [link to first comment after this was published]
Ch. 1 [link to oldest comment]
All this info is already available, but one addition would be really nice, even without the index:
[link to last seen comment]
Unfortunately this is more difficult, and requires tracking seen comments. Almost as good would be a link to first comment after the last read time stamp of this story, not counting reading right now.
Also nice (but all of the above is nicer) would be a divider in the comment stream at each chapter publish, just a hr would do. Optionally with a link to the previous divider.
All the info should already be in the database (I think), unless you wan to add some convenience fields to avoid repetitive processing.
So, rather many nice to have features in one mail :-)
