Does anyone have good dolcett story ideas?

I prefer to stay out of the realm of magic.

I can handle light sci fi, as most of my stories are set in the future.

I've done some fanfiction on The Brady bunch, where they cook and eat Carol. I've done FanFiction on The facts of Life where the girls graduate to cattle.

I've done stories on Saved by the Bell, where Zach is the architect of the contest to carve up Lisa and Kelly.

I like fanfiction and I could do more of it. I generally only know mainstream American titles.

I'm looking for an interesting short story idea or two, and I willing to give you credit if you would like.

I generally don't write anything too gratuitously graphic and bloody, preferring to focus on the power exchange.

I will sometimes use a setting like stepford wives, where the women know that their fate is sealed and accept it. I tend to prefer consent based stories but that can be tricky with dolcett style stories

If you want to talk about good cooking shows, my vote is for the show that was on a long time ago called "Cutthroat Kitchen"

Now it might be my morbid sense of humor talking, but that was a cooking show worth watching because to me i have the same fascination with it like people watch NASCAR waiting to see a car crash on the track.

In the show's case i was waiting to see one of the cooks mentally snap screaming "YOUR NUTS!" and run off the stage.

Let me say, that while I do appreciate the list of story snippets, I am reluctant to just start with someone else's published story.

I have read Irish Writer's stories, and I don't think I need a universe as much as I need a Story hook. The "Dolcett Universe" is sufficient I think.

I did write a story once that was something like Fear Factor, where celebrities competed in outrageous competitions and losers ended up as dinner. The Kardashian sisters, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, a few other insufferably narcissistic actresses.

That was fun stuff.

Tell me about this kitchen story? Do you envision some contestants and a host talking about fiendish ways to cook up pretty young things consisting of former losing contestants?

I did one set in a sci-fi future, where a woman tells about how she works in a cafe, and they use advanced medical technology to slice and dice her, cook her up and then regenerate her on a daily basis.

Maybe the cooking show involves that sort of technology?

Or maybe it is a son asking his father for permission to practice on mom, so that one day he can be a good chef?

Is there a sitcom or movie that you could see being turned into a good story? I've exhausted a lot of the ones that have characters I'd like to see roasted. I'd do Charles and Charge but I am not sure if people even remember that reference.

The basic format of Iron Chef is that you have a challenger going up against one of several master chefs that the show uses as champions.

Both chefs have 1 hour to produce a multi-course meal around a theme ingredient that must be present in every dish. Each dish is then tasted and judged by a panel of three or four judges.

And it's not just one plate of each course, you need a plate of each course for each judge.

I think you can guess what the theme ingredient would be for an Iron Chef Dolcett story.

well, "Cutthroat kitchen" had its own little challenges like cooking on camp stoves and having to used canned whole chicken or was it turkey? (the challenge with that i learned is the meat is a "salt bomb" and you have to pick out the bones)

The other thing i remember is the host alton brown, well i don't know who wrote his lines or if he made it up himself, but he came off like a "closet sadist" which tickled he hell out of my morbid sense of humor.

Which leads me to wonder what a show like "Cutthroat kitchen" would be like with more sexual twists.

Like if a female chef loses the round, they are forcibly stripped tied to a cart and done up as a sexual dessert with chocolate syrup, whip cream and two cherries where the nipples would be.

I don't want to do just do a snippet where the story begins with the episode, and describe the events.

"Then he sliced her tit off."

"You should have cut against the grain, points off."

I am looking for a story with a bit of a structure.
I'd like to take some interesting characters, put them into an interesting scenario and then do an Act II and Act III where there are challenges to overcome and conflict and then the ending.

I definitely appreciate help brainstorming and collaborating. I probably should have been more clear about what kind of plot I am hoping to glean.

Here is an example, and maybe we can build upon this. I've tried writing this a dozen times and never been able to capture lightning in a bottle.

The synopsis: The NIS (Naked in School) genre except for Dolcett. The story would center around a girl or perhaps a boy who is one of those chosen to spend a week in the nude.

I've not worked out why exactly - perhaps completing the program perfectly makes them exempt from the meat lottery, while failure to comply with all directives sends them to the meat packing facility.

Or it could be that they are being sized up during that week and their teachers will determine wether they go onto the dairy farm to be bred, meat farm, etc at the conclusion of high school.

I'd need to decide that first before settling on some plot.

The Act One, could be the notice and the reaction of their family - are they happy, sad, bittersweet because they knew this would come? supportive?

The Act Two, could involve the various tests of a blended NIS/Dolcett week at school. However, for it to be very interesting - I need something more than just a descriptive of events. Is there a protaganist? a wicked girl who is her nemesis perhaps? a bully? a boyfriend who wishes she wouldn't have to do this and wants her to run away with him?

Act Three: Adjusting to their new life at the end of the program.

Now, that's a story and I've tried to start it a few times and I am never happy. It always feel contrived and a little over the top - because the human meat industry is super normalized, but when I adjust it to be terrifing (as it would be) then the story is not sexy.

I am not suggesting you tell me that is a good idea/bad idea. I am asking perhaps if you can look at my example and either make some suggestions on that particular storyline or a suggestion of your own following that type of basic story structure.

The cooking show is good, but I need a little more.

Dolcett is very specifically gynophagia, the eating of women. A boy as victim, may fit in a broader cannibalism genre, but it isn't Dolcett.

The cooking show is good, but I need a little more.

Dolcett was a pseudonym for a Canadian comic artist who drew gynophagia comics.

IIRC, the backstory of the world created by Dolcett was that women significantly out numbered men and there was an over population problem. The use of women as food was legalized as both a means of supplementing the food supply and population control.

Aside from the meat lottery, a woman who produced too many daughters automatically got converted to meat.

If you want more horror and less erotic, less normalized voluntary and/or industrial production of human meat, you can set the story in a Dolcett like world shortly after the legalization of cannibalism.

For a more extensive story, switch from a one off cooking show to a multi-round, multi-contestant cooking contest.

Perhaps the contest is all about developing recipes for human meat.

Perhaps the contestants chefs are not aware up front that the contest is about cooking human meat and can be appalled.

The victims to be cooked can beg and plead for their lives.

Female chefs, or any chef if you want to be more equal opportunity, that are eliminated from a preliminary round become meat for the next round.

Each act can cover a different round of the contest.

You can up the anti for the victims from round to round. In early rounds they may lose a body part or two, but survive and culminating with a whole roast

I remember a story about a cannibal diner where the owner, a charming old lady, cooked girls who came willingly to be cooked. The FBI sent a female agent to investigate the rumours, but she decided to join the lady and learn to cook girls. In fact, she gives a cannibal cooking class where all the meat comes from the female attendants.

Unfortunately I lost the link many years ago when most of the snuff sites were closed.
