More like "title only story idea" but for me it sounds like advanced sex ed class aimed at sophomore and junior high school boys with social adjustment problems (read nerds). (Because, the "real men" don't need any such, or so they think until graduates of this course start swooning girls right left and center.)
Could be possibly combined with Naked in School universe, as either complement to, attempt to salvage discredited Program* or full replacement of a failed Program, but maybe even better as an out of the blue new initiative.
It have the basic sex ed as a requirement, but might accept testing out of that probably. And yes, workshops and homework is expected. Being gender segregated it obviously has a feminine counterpart. (How that could be named?)
One of those then required for third level classes, two of at least four of with could be "Delights of Submission and Servitude" and "Responsibilities of Respectful Dominance" (both gender neutral), but that's probably sequel material.
(*) I have always seen Naked in School program as hatched by delusional utopian left, but implemented by authoritarian rightists in concious attempt to damage it beyond repair.
