1. i want to be able to read and speak any language on earth.
2. i want to be able to understand and know all technology on earth
3. i want to be able to find anything i need or want hard enough.
now this sounds iffy but think about it. instantly you would be able to know any language and know any tech just have to work out how to put it together and this in itself is a story of a rags to riches story which is all well and good but now add in that an alien race crashed on earth millions of years ago and the ship is left dormant. now the person can understand and know the tech so then you can make it a human race going to space story and first contact scenarios now another option is that the earth is a stop for aliens wanting to see the primitive races growth or whatever or even just experimentation and mc tries to stop the experimentation or they can be slowly infiltrating our society any way you wanna run it. another thing might be the wording of the wishes meaning if the mc finally goes out into the universe and he has meetings in his hold as long as there is dirt on the floor or "earth" does that allow him or her to get the knowledge from this as well? of course it is up to the author but whatever. have at it. oh btw also what was able to give the 3 wishes? another arc i guess.
