I was reading aroslav's latest blog where he starts out with a pseudo-bible quote. What would happen if an anti-bible person,in an office, saw a sign that said something like, "Cleanness is next to godliness," with a 'site' of something like "Hezekiah 2:12".

with a 'site' of something like "Hezekiah 2:12".

Site - (physical) location
Cite - short for Citation, a reference giving the source location of a quote etc.
Sight - Visual contact

All three can be used as either nouns or verbs

I knew 'site' was wrong, but CRS struck and couldn't figure the correct spelling of the correct word. :-(

That's when Google is your friend. If you know "site" is wrong but can't remember "cite," simply Google "site vs" and Google will guess ahead and give you answers for "site vs cite" and "site vs sight."

'Cleanliness is next to Godliness' is attributed to English cleric John Wesley in the year 1776. It's allegedly based on ancient Hebrew proverb.

What do you mean by an anti-bible person? Someone who knows the bible well but rejects the contents, or someone who has avoided the bible and its teachings their whole life and so wouldn't have a clue whether a 'Book of Hezekiah' is genuinely part of it of not?
