I'm not sure which site this story was on. The plot was that a man mysteriously appears on a hidden island of beautiful Amazonian Women and fulfill a prophecy by activating a magic pool of water. This makes all the island women fertile. He goes on to breed with all the women on the island and it ends with him preparing to breed the next generation. There are also magical pools of water that revitalize people.
