Even without premier access, he should still be able to see that the stories exist on the author's stories page.
Check your account settings, not the category exclusion preferences, on the main settings page the first item under preferences should be "Access Level:"
This will say either Full Access or Filtered Access.
If it says filtered access the site is automatically hiding stories with age 13 and under characters involved in sex.
IIRC: Filtered is the default, you have to explicitly change it to full access.
I just tried one of his 3 and I was able to access it.
Check your exclusions or something like that.
