I think this was on SOL, but possibly not or possibly not anymore.
MC is a middle-aged guy, girl is mid-teens and the daughter of his boarder. She went on a school trip that included a ferry ride, and on a dare got a piercing in an intimate location, either clitoral hood or nipple, not sure. Upshot is, to keep it secret from her mother, she agrees to have MC check the piercing each day for infection/healing, implication being that it will a close-up and personal inspection.
