Can't seem to find this one in my archives, it's been driving me crazy for years.
Basically, a couple have a fight, she drives off alone to a party and dies in a car accident. I don't recall exactly how the guardian angel comes in, but the boyfriend gets the chance to redo various moments in their relationship (like meeting her disapproving father for the first time) and is able to prevent her death.
It's somewhat similar to "Chance for Redemption" by CJ McCormick, and takes obvious inspiration from the movie "It's a Wonderful Life."
