Forum: Lost Stories

Good morning, I have lost a story. I am looking for a story of a college boy who comes into some money. He is a college student. He buys a building in a historic district, or the building has historic restrictions. The purchase includes the building next door which houses a bar and an empty second story.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Mmm, this question popped up in a newer thread. It's Ernest's "Life is Change" (The scene with the bar and empty second floor is in chapter 6)

Definitely human man but start with the 1st(I think is better of the 2)to better understand the 2nd.
