I'm thinking of a story, the mc has a talent (esp type deal) for finding other people with talents, and he's sent out by the government to the middle of nowhere to find more. He doesn't tell people his job, and he ends up living with a woman, and eventually her family too.

You have not thought of taking out Premier(e) Membership for a month or three? I'm not sure how much it costs but don't think it is a sum which most people can't afford.
