Does anyone remember a story about a couple (brother And sister I think) exploring a cave they knew when the entrance collapsed. I read the story long ago and was never able to find it again. Thanks G42

I can think of one where four kids (a very young couple and a not-yet couple) went into an old mine and the entrance collapsed. The entrance did have help collapsing - a couple of somewhat older criminals were involved.

The entrance to the mine was essentially a cave, up in the mountains of Colorado.
There is an oldie but goodie story by Day Dreamer titled Spelunkers that I think fits your description.
The first book of this series starts with two brother & sister pairs spelunking and the one brother getting injured when his rope breaks
