I'm damned if I can find this one, I don't even know if it was on SOL or is commercial... 2 old people in a nursing home, the main character has onset dementia and no relatives. They get signed up to an experimental drug therapy. Bad drug transfusions give them AIDs. Another experimental drug is used on them. They are then shuffled off out of the home into a government run home and the record deliberatelty lost. We basically enter when our protagonist wakes up from the dementia, mind clear. It turns out that witches brew ends up turning back the clock and they both start becoming younger. Any hints?
